With frenetic developments in technologies taking place on the market, matching business requirements and technological capabilities is a key prerequisite in a project's success.
As part of a DMP call for tenders, we identified and mobilised stakeholders from seven teams, totalling around 15 people: acquisition, relationship marketing, contact centre, IT, statistical studies, web analytics and legal. We ran workshops with each of the teams to identify their needs, as well as cross-functional workshops to prioritise them. These meetings enabled us to assemble specifications, resulting in the selection of the DMP vendor that most effectively met everyone's needs.
M13h was then asked to roll out the DMP and oversee use cases.
